What: SNAP (Spay and Neuter Assistance Program) is sterilizing male dogs for FREE with Neutersol. Dogs must be at least three months of age. Appointment for sterilization is required. Call 713-863-0010. No limit on the number of dogs per family.

Neutersol is a new FDA-approved injection that permanently sterilizes male dogs. Administration of Neutersol eliminates anesthesia and the risks associated with surgery. There is minimal after-care required when a dog receives a Neutersol injection.

When: Every Thursday in August. Program begins August 5, 2004

Where: SNAP Clinic. 1603 Shepherd (Between Washington and I-10).

Why: SNAP exists to stop the destruction of healthy animals in shelters resulting from over population. Partnering with PetsMart Charities, SNAP is able to provide FREE sterilization for male dogs to help address animal homelessness.
